Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes early to allow time for check-in and any necessary paperwork so your session can start on time and feel unhurried.

Metered parking is available at the front and back of the building. We’re located on the lower level of the mall in Unit L7, across from the bathrooms. Elevator access to the lower level is available on the parking ramp side of the building.

After you book an appointment, you may receive email and text notifications from Vagaro. This is our office management software; its job is to keep our forms and paperwork in order, as well as help us keep track of your rewards points, gift cards, and receipts.  

Vagaro will help you by letting you know if you have any forms that need to be filled out, as well as reminding you of upcoming appointments. 

Don't worry—forms can always be filled out in person if you forget to do them ahead of time, and if you prefer not to receive these notifications, ask in person at the office or by email, and we can turn them off on a per-person basis. 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking price, payable prior to your next appointment. In instances of illness or inclement weather, management reserves the right to waive this fee at their discretion. All cancellation requests must be communicated directly to our office via call, text, or email prior to the 24 hour window preceding the appointment.
