Our Customer Appreciation Program

Save up the charcoal left behind after a cozy log fire, and you can use it to build another. Just like a punch card at your favorite coffee shop, this is our way of saying thank you for your continued support. We appreciate you, and we hope to see you again.

Here’s how it works:

• Earn Charcoal Credits when you check out from any 30-minute or longer appointment

• Credits are earned at a rate of 1 credit per 30 minutes

• Redeem credits for free appointments at a rate of 10 credits per 30 minutes

• Not enough credits for a full session? Apply partial credits for a proportional discount

• Credits are deducted based on the appointment’s base rate

• Some discounted appointments may be excluded from earning or redemption

• Tips are always welcome — even on complimentary sessions, if you’re so inclined

• Credits do not expire as long as the program remains active

Founding Client Membership (limited availability)

Become a Founding Client and secure exclusive savings for life. For a one-time fee of $100, a limited number of 20 memberships are available. Members receive $10 off any 30-minute or longer appointment and $5 off 15-minute appointments. This membership is non-transferable, limited to one per client, and valid only for the original purchaser’s appointments. Discounts may be combined with other promotions only where explicitly stated; when multiple discounts cannot be stacked, the single greatest discount will be used. Memberships are limited in quantity and available only while supplies last. Terms are subject to change or discontinuation at the owner’s discretion.

Referral Program

After your first appointment, you’re welcome to take referral cards to share with friends, family, or coworkers.

How it works:

• When someone brings in your referral card, they’ll receive 50% off their first appointment.

• As a thank-you, you’ll receive a credit for 50% off your next appointment once their visit is completed.

• Referral credits can be used on any future appointment of your choice.

• The referral promotion itself if for a limited time, but any credits you’ve already earned will remain on your account until you use them.

• Referral discounts apply to the referred client’s first visit only.

• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
